General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all accommodation contracts between Dom Turysty Sanok (“the Host”) and guests booking through this website. By completing a booking, the guest expressly accepts these terms.

The accommodation contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the booking by email. The prices stated are per night and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels.

Payment is made at the time of booking, securely by credit card (Stripe). For long-stay bookings of more than 28 nights, monthly installment payment may be arranged — please contact us about this before booking.

All services included in the price — cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking — are itemised in the booking confirmation.

The cancellation conditions vary depending on the chosen rate:

• Flexible — free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Moderate — 50% refund for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
• Strict — 50% refund for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the entire stay will be charged.

Standard check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Self-check-in 24/7 via the key safe — you will receive the access code on the day of arrival by e-mail or SMS. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible on request and subject to availability.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and in the stairwell. In the event of a breach, cleaning costs of €250 will be charged.

The maximum number of guests as per the booking may not be exceeded. Parties, events and overnight stays of undeclared persons require the written consent of the host.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please let us know about any pets when you book.

The host is only liable for damage resulting from gross negligence or intentional conduct. We accept no liability for personal valuables. The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or their companions in full.

The processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the statutory provisions on the place of jurisdiction at the place of residence apply. Disputes may be settled via the EU online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
